Being that I paid around $40,000 for my phase 1 new, I wouldn't expect it to reach that value for some time. I would like to hand it down to my son someday and keep it in the family. You never can tell what may happen. To be honest, I have no idea what it would be worth currently.

I do not have the red guts.
