THIS IS SO SAD! THOUGHTS, PRAYERS, AND CONDOLENCES TO NANCY AND DUSTIN!! I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO TO GET TO KNOW J.D. THROUGH THIS FORUM! HE WAS A MANS MAN AND KNEW HOW TO GET THINGS DONE! WE TALKED A LOT THIS PAST WINTER AND I REALLY ENJOYED OUR CONVERSATIONS! ESPECIALLY WHEN TALKING ABOUT HIS POSSIBLE PURCHASE OF DICK HARRELL #30. WHILE A TREMENDOUS CAR GUY ( ESPECIALLY GMMG'S ) HE WAS MUCH MORE THAN THAT! A MAN OF HIS WORD, A DEPUTY SHERIFF, AND A BANKER AND BUSINESS OWNER. WE WILL KEEP THIS FORUM GOING FOR J.D. AND THESE GREAT CARS AND I WILL TRULY MISS OUR CONVERSATIONS!!

I am very saddened to hear this news. I took posetion of my ZL1 cause I lost my father to this terrible disease in January, I joined this forum and JD got in contact with me immediately and I was able to enjoy a handful of phone conversations that always seemed to last for more than hour. I learned a lot from him about my car and appreciated every min. He gave me. Thoughts and prayers from my family to his during this tough time.
