This is one of the 'shoe-polish' cars that was black & painted 1965 Evening Orchid. (my favorite ZL1 color)

Jim, could you post these on the forum for me? I took these at a local car show 4 or 5 years ago I attended. I spoke to the original owner for quite some time. I even gave him my number and told him if he ever thought about selling ZL1 #58 to give me call. Never heard anything though

Great pics, I didn't know this color was Evening Orchid. I thought the Helen Gibb PR-3 car was Evening Orchid?

Nope...................Helen's ZL-1 (that Trigger owns now) is Plum Purple Metallic.
