Thanks for the offer and update Frank. I have been following your sale on eBay. The issue I'm having is trying to find a loan provider that offers me a good rate, so the issue is on my half. That's assuming that I could even come out and we could make a deal. I don't want to give anyone an expectation that I'd buy until I can settle everything on my half first. Until then, good luck with your sale and who ever the buyer is!
