Welcome to the Forum! That is a beautiful BlackBird! I remember when it was for sale in GA several years ago. It looked extremely nice at that time for the miles it had and it still looks amazing. Have you had to do anything other than maintenance to the car yet?

This is my old Black Bird! I'm glad to see you are enjoying it. It was a nice car.

A few neat facts about #3… it’s the actual car featured on the GMMG site and is the 1st red BB ever produced.

I bought the car from the owner in Georgia. His name was actually Tom as well. He was the one that put the majority of the miles on it. He had it upgraded to a Phase IIX. I believe he did the upgrade in 2007-2008. I can’t remember exactly. I know it was right before I purchased the car in 2009. It’s crazy how time flies. I remember the car well.

Funny story about the car… my wife and I took it to Cruisin the Coast on the MS Gulf Coast in 2009… The Black Bird was so loud and radical that my wife actually couldn’t ride in it anymore. She would get a headache and feel sick. I thought it was great… but she didn’t! That’s why I decided to sell it and get a Z06.
