Why not take a drive to Iowa & watch the corn grow on the hottest day of the year?
JD has been under the weather - drove to Ankeny, IA & picked up Charlie Mateer (HTRE #1974).
'Monkey-mind' kicked in the night before......
No 'get-well' card! Everyone gives them. Instead.............
Why not something all JD's pals can sign & he can hang on the wall?
A little something to say thanks for all the work & effort pulling the GMMG Forum together from his pals.
Nancy, Ron & his wife (don't remember her name) were there.

how JD came up with the idea for the forum board. I don't remember
I'am under the impression J. Smith came up with the forum board idea first but not really sure. I remember both him and JD from LS1Tech.com
Anywho, good question GMMG Blackbird... :handgestures-thumbup:

@GMMG Blackbird wrote: BY THE WAY CRAIG I THINK YOU KNOW THIS BUT HOW COOL IS IT THAT YOUR Z/28 HAS THE SAME BRAKED AS THE NEW ZO6! WHAT A AWSEOME SET OF BRAKES! MOTOR WEEK DID A QUICK DRIVE OF THE Z/28 AND THEY WERE VERY IMPRESSED !
You're right Jim, the Brembo brake system is Very Impressive! I peddled my Z around the twisty back roads of the Smokey Mountain foothills before I parked it. One simply has to 'breath' on the brake peddle and they'll throw you thru the windshield! ..

...
I'll write some detailed brake specs in the thread about my #386 later.

JD came up with the idea & did all the work to set it up the GMMG Forum Board.
The idea was to have something interactive so everyone could post & communicate with each other & document the awesome GMMG cars GMMG built.
Guess what? It worked!
JD gets the credit.
Thanks for all your work.
Jim
