Q: Can you provide any history on the car? Beside the engine and trans, what else does the car need to put it on the track? thanks. Apr-22-14
A: I have a notebook with most of the history and pictures. It is an original SS car. It was purchased new in St. Louis, Mo. It was drag raced in the early 1970's. I purchased just as it is today 7 years ago from Matt Murphy in Atlanta, GA. It has been in my heated garage since I purchased it. I would say that you need to go through the brake system, fuel lines and wire the car. You would also have to put some kind of a dash in the car. I have never driven this car so I can't speak for the condition of the rearend. According to the code on the housing it is a factory correct 10 bolt with a 3:08 gear. Thanks, Scott 614-493-6245
