Case in point………………….this past weekend I purchased some Mobil 1 oil filters for my wife’s Chevy Cobalt. I checked AutoZone and they wanted $19.99 each. I then checked O’Reilly Auto Parts and they wanted $15.99 each. I was also in Fleet Farm (a large hardware/farm mega store in the town where I live) and they wanted $15.89 each for the Mobil 1 oil filter. I ordered the Mobil 1 oil filters from our sponsor (Filters and Wipers.com) for $12.79 each. I ordered them Saturday evening and they were delivered to me Wednesday morning. I also needed a new air filter for the same car………………again……………O’Reilly wanted $14.99, Fleet Farm wanted $12.99 and Wal-Mart wanted $13.86 and I ordered them with my Mobil 1 oil filter order for $8.00 each.
