I am posting the 'wide body convert' in the Wildcard section because GMMG built it. I have the GMMG documentation. There is a lot of buzz & finger pointing going on about this car & the question is: Was it authorized or not authorized? I'm just the messenger reporting about any & all GMMG's built & will not judge. The answer I have from Valerie Harrell in no - was not authorized.



In my mind this is the highest horsepower GMMG ever built - it's the only wide-body convert (call it whatever you want) & it at the very top of the GMMG food chain.



I've had hours & hours of conversations with the broker & many others about this car. The world needs to see this car so here it is.



Val has been invited to join us on the Forum & I haven't heard back from her. I'm hoping she will join us because of the Dick Harrell's built in memory of her dad & she is the one with the information about the 30 DH's plus 2 prototypes.

I had a long conversation with Valerie Harrell this afternoon about PRCV & have additional information to share. PRCV was not an authorized Dick Harrell/Berger car. She informed me that she did not authorize PRCV & it is not a DH car.



With that said PRCV was built by GMMG, is the only wide-body convert, claims 750 hp & that would make it the highest horsepower GMMG built that I am aware of but it is not a Dick Harrell/Berger authorized car.

Interesting car. I've always wondered what a wide body convertible would look like. I think it would look a lot better with different wheels. Those wheels are terrible.



Does anyone know when this car was actually built? I thought the LSX 454 didn’t come out until 2008-2009… which I thought was the time GMMG started to struggle.



Also, I wonder what the plan was? Did Matt intend to build a DH convertible or was it one that snuck out?

I have a copy of the Certificate of Authenticity signed by Valerie Harrell on October 4, 2017 that certifies PRCV as a Genuine 2002 Dick Harrell Supercar.

For anyone questioning this car Valeri signed off on it in 2017.

The Certificate is in the archives & the GMMG Registry Directors have seen it & have a copy. At the current owners request we are not posting a copy online.

This should end any discussions about PRCV. Val signed off on the car.

So this option : "Carbon Fiber GM Wide body w Custom Inner Quarter Panels Flared $ 8,500"

So did the car come with the DH widebody fenders and someone took those off and made carbon fiber copies specific for this car? Or were the carbon fiber fenders made by GM and approved for use on this car?

Also, what was the thought process of having the carbon fiber fenders in lieu of the standard DH fenders that came with DH package? Was it just a preference to have something a little extra? Was this Matt's idea, or a request by the original purchaser of the car?
