Well.......................as you would know..................they broke for a commerical break just as the pickup before this car was coming up on the block so I had to get signed into the Mecum website and I caught the very tail-end of this auction on this car.



It didn't sell............................the bid goes on at $23,000.

The Mecum website is showing now that this Berger SS sold today for $22,000.



It was $23,000 earlier when it went across the block and didn't sell so "The bid WENT on". :confusion-questionmarks: :confusion-scratchheadyellow: :confusion-shrug:



It apparently was purchased later for $22,000..........................so....................it was "WELL BOUGHT". I'd have paid that for it.

Very sad to see them give the car away . . did not try very hard to sell it.

Very good buy for the new owner. The seller must have needed the money. Hopefully that buyer appreciates what they have.
