Berger SS to be sold at Mecum Chicago today

Well.......................as you would know..................they broke for a commerical break just as the pickup before this car was coming up on the block so I had to get signed into the Mecum website and I caught the very tail-end of this auction on this car.



It didn't sell............................the bid goes on at $23,000.

Not enough money. Would you sell yours for $23k plus seller fees. Not me. Jim

The Mecum website is showing now that this Berger SS sold today for $22,000. :o



It was $23,000 earlier when it went across the block and didn't sell so "The bid WENT on". :confusion-questionmarks: :confusion-scratchheadyellow: :confusion-shrug:



It apparently was purchased later for $22,000..........................so....................it was "WELL BOUGHT". I'd have paid that for it. :D

THANKS FOR POSTING THIS J.D.. I WAS AT PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE TONIGHT. SURPRISING THAT IT SOLD FOR LESS THAN THE 23,000!

Very good buy for the new owner. The seller must have needed the money. Hopefully that buyer appreciates what they have.
