SS #30 - PR2 - NBM/White

Mecum Chicago - Oct 10 - 12, 2013 - LOT - 164 - Thursday

This is Jerry's car from IL

http://www.mecum.com/auctions/lot_detai ... tartRow=73

Prediction from Jim Smith..................

If the Mecum Auctions this year (2013) are any indication these cars will do very well. What do you think?

PE #2 Convert - 380hp - 17k miles bid to $40,000 & did not meet the reserve. The BID GOES ON.

Berger SS #20 - white/orange - 2,400 miles - 375 hp SOLD $32,200 - add 7% buyers fee $2,240 = $34,240 plus shipping & tax

Does anyone know who the new owner of SS #20 is?

Thanks Jim.

The Johnny Benson Berger will not be in Houston. We cancelled the lot and will not be attending. Not sure why it is showing online.

I THINK YOU CAN MAKE THE CASE THAT GMMG'S ARE GETTING BETTER MONEY AT THESE AUCTIONS.

Well.......................as you would know..................they broke for a commerical break just as the pickup before this car was coming up on the block so I had to get signed into the Mecum website and I caught the very tail-end of this auction on this car.

It didn't sell............................the bid goes on at $23,000.

That seems like a deal.

I wonder what kind of money it might have brought if it would of had super low miles.

GOOD QUESTION. I WAS WATCHING A 2002 RED SS WITH 90 MILES IN IT ON E-BAY AND THE BID WENT TO ALMOST 28,000. IT WAS A NO RESERVE AUCTION.
