Bad Fuel Pump - Old Gas

Replacing a fuel pump is expensive & very time consuming. It could easily be $2k.
If you do not drive your GMMG a lot bad fuel is a problem.
A few ideas to consider...………..
At a minimum drive the car a couple miles in the spring & fall. Let it warm up & go for a short ride to be sure brakes, transmission & everything works OK.
Add Sea Foam or Stabil to the gas. I add it begore the drive so it gets in the fuel system.
Change oil & filter every couple of years
Vince Miller has a better solution...….
Suck/pump the gas tank dry
Add 2 or 3 gallons of special SUNOCO Racing Ruel that has a shelf life of 5+ years (instructions & part #'s coming from Vince)
.
To be continued..............
