I'm assuming this is kind of non GMMG chat so I want to tell you what I've got and why they are special. My first is a Black, leather, hardtop, chrome 10 spokes, dual/dual, A4, 4,500 mile 1LE. I ordered this car from Jumper Chev. here in ATL because I knew I would never find that combination unless I ordered it. Best I can tell it is one of one. Not that that matters because this just may be the one car I'll never sell. I replaced the Goodyear F1s with Michelin PS2s a couple years ago and as an old "tire man" like JD will tell you the difference was night and day.
This is a fun car to drive. Of course the 1LE is rough but that's part of the fun and also the reason it was driven to FL on vacation a few times. It's really fun on the highway and rides just fine.
Mike Carnahan keeps telling me I'll sell it to him one day but I don't think so. This car is just too special. Sorry Mike, maybe the Warhawk 496 solid roller beast. Looks just like the 1LE except for the 18" Fikses and earth shaking idle! We'll talk about that one next...got to watch a little Stanley Cup for now.
Welcome to the new GMMG Registry forum! Hopefully this new forum should be easier for everyone to register, login, navigate, and post!

Google "Warhawk 496" and it will go to the GM High Tech feature article on the engine. On that same page, I think, is a video of the car at idle. If it isn't there I'll see if JD can help me post it. Of course I could make a new video.....it needs some break in miles on it....less than 500 miles.....never smoked the tires....I'll think about that!
