PE 41 is now in Minnesota. Jeff Gassen brought it up from Illinois. The car is in showroom condition with 2435 miles, comes with extensive documentation, and includes a great collection of 35th Anniversary and Performance Edition goodies. It was originally ordered as a 35th Anniversary with the SLP center mount exhaust and Bilstein Ultra Performance Suspension options. The GMMG PE 41 package was ordered as a Phase I 380 HP/400TQ with GMMG Phase II 1 3/4" long tube headers and subframe connectors.

Jim,
PE 41 arrived this morning. Is as nice as advertised and came with tons of paraphernalia and documentation.
I am still lousy at putting pics on the Registry. But here are a few of the car. One with CETA BB4.

GMMG PE#41 – 3,183 miles
We have lost another great car guy. Mike Paige passed away Nov. 2018. He loved GMMG’s & we became great friends. His wife Barbara has asked me to help find new homes for his GMMG cars. PE #41 & CETA Blackbird #4 (I sold #4 to Mike)
Mike loved the GMMG 35th Anniversary Performance Edition’s. We looked a long time & finally found a one owner perfect GMMG in ILL. The car has always been in a climate-controlled garage. The car is now stored at my home in Balsam Lake, WI in a climate-controlled garage
GMMG PE #41 now has 3,183 miles – 380HP** (Making at least 425HP with the headers)
** See info below
Auto with Overdrive – T-Tops – 35th Anniversary, SLP & GMMG Upgrades
1 of 4 Automatic T-Top 380HP PE’s & only 1 - 350HP Automatic
Red GMMG Performance Edition Car Cover is still in the original box
Multiple 1st place Show Winner. PE #41 was judged at the 2003 Dwight Harvest Days & Scored 99.9 out of 100. Mike recently had the car professionally detailed including paint correction & sealing. The car just looks so good.
This is not your normal 2002 35th Anniversary Camaro. GMMG PE #41 is loaded with over $10k in GM factory options.
TOTAL MSRP: $47,653
GM Window Sticker – $33,310 MSRP …. $10,035 in options
$1,700 Preferred Equipment Group
$3,625 “SS” Performance Pkg including Hi Perf. Ride & Suspension
$2,500 35th Anniversary Special Edition
$ 995 T-Tops
$ 595 12 Disc CD Changer
$ 450 Limited Slip
$ 170 Rear Window Defog
SLP added another $2,458 to the price
$1,359 345HP Center Exhaust
$1,099 Bilstein Ultra Performance Suspension System
GMMG added another $11,885
PE #41 got the last available Performance Edition Number –
#41 of only 50 built
$9,995 GMMG Performance Edition Package (see GMMG Window Sticker)
$ 0 3:73 Rear End Gears
$1,395 Phase II 1 ¾” Long Tube Headers.
** Mike Carnahan tuned & Dyno’d JD’s Tom Henry #21 with the headers.
Headers bumped the horsepower to 425HP from 380HP. These are Phase II numbers.
When the car is started you know it’s not 380HP. It snaps & barks like a Phase IIX/475HP GMMG.
$ 495 Sub Frame Connectors – tightened up the suspension – I’ve installed them on most all of the 20 plus GMMG’s I’ve
owned – huge improvement.
Info………… The documentation is crazy good. Maybe the best I’ve ever seen.
The original owner has everything:
GM Window Sticker, GM Brochures, Literature & Misc. Dealer info
SLP Window Sticker, Birth Certificate, Catalogs & other SLP Info, SLP Clock #2301
GMMG Window Sticker & Paperwork – a lot of notes back & forth with GMMG
Multiple Snowboards & Laminated Documents in a folder
Every e-mail & piece of documentation
Letters & notes from Scott Settlemire
Photos of Helen Gibb Signing the car
Dealer Delivery paperwork
Extra odds & ends – too many to list
Front License Plate Bracket
License Plates (SLP, Illinois, Minnesota)
This is not your run of the mill GMMG. MSRP is way more than most PE’s
Most 380HP cars are less than $40k MSRP – PE #41 is super loaded @ $47,653
