Took my GMMG THR to BIR this afternoon for some street drags.
Here’s a video of me beating a 5th gen Camaro SS. He ran a 13.30@105mph to my 12.66@114mph. This wasn’t my best run, matter of fact it was my worst run. I slipped the clutch more than I liked trying to keep the tires from spinning, then I bumped the rev limiter at the top of first gear, spun the tires on the shift but still beat the 5th gen……that always feels good!
Listen to that exhaust though, that’s all me…..sure sounds good!
I don’t have much for pics or video as my wife didn’t go so I had no one to take them. I got this video from a friend that was there.
Best run was a 12.41@116mph…….quick enough to make me happy!! It really needs drag radials to get much better. I was walking a fine line between not enough clutch and breaking the tires loose. No sense burning up the clutch trying to get it quicker so I put it on the trailer
On another exciting note, my new showboard was delivered today too!
