Today is 'Race Day' for me starting with the 97th running of Indy 500 and then onto Charlotte for the Coke 600 both broadcast Live....

I've got my Smoker fired-up and about ready to Slooooooow smoke a couples racks of my famous Hog Bones (baby back pork ribs) to Perfection. They'll take about 7 hours at 225 degress F and I'am using chuncks of Real Hickory wood for that authentic 'Down-Home' flavor. None of that Fake wood chips from Home Depot here.... :angry-nono: :angry-nono: :angry-nono: .

Then around 2:00 PM, I'll have a few 'Sips' of Granddaddy's Moonshine, the Best in the Southeast..... :obscene-drinkingcheers:

Don't worry J.D., I'll not 'over-do' The White Lightening........

Ahhhhh Yes - Life is good here in Redneckville, NC............
